Visual Basic

Microsoft Visual Basic is by far my most preferred development environment. My experience with Visual Basic began when I lead the transition of a large, commercial Microsoft Access-based application to a client/server application written in VB 4.0. Since that time, I have acquired extensive experience developing client/server and web-based products (both commercially and as a consultant) in a wide variety of problem domains.

As Lead Architect for a family of commercial products, I manage over 250,000 lines of Visual Basic code, including a single application that exceeds 100,000 lines of VB 6.0 code.
